Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Evening Tux wear.
If you haven't got one, rent one. (from Blactie or the like).
    Simple as really.

    I assume youre male.
    Black tie typically means "Tuxedo"
You should probably rent one, so.
Guys only really buy a Tux if they wear them more than 3 or 4 times a year.
Available at most good menswear shops.

The old "penguin suit", if you will.
    Looks like:

    1) Find your nearest rental shop - look up golden pages.
    2) Go in and say you need a tux and for when.
    3) They'll measure you up and get you to try different ones on for best fit
    4) You pay rental fee and pick it up whenever it suits (excuse the pun) on the day of the event
    5) you drop it back the day after the event

Tux suit is usually jacket, pants, shirt, bowtie. I presume you have a decent pair of black shoes to go with it.

In Dublin, probably around the €100 mark.
I don't rent Tux'es myself, so I'm not too sure.
If you feel that you will wear a Tux more than once every 4 or so months, you should probably buy one.

200 euro to buy a tux in Noel Reid (Dundrum and Blanchardstown)

Blacktie also sell, but you by the soounds of it you are not going to be wearing a tux again for the time forseeable future. so there is no need to buy one.

Call into Blacktie, they will sort everything.
