NTL email server

    Anyone know if NTL have changed their outgoing email server address recently as I'm unable to send email.

    I"ve tried phoning them but can't get through.:rolleyes:

    use smtp.ntlworld.ie instead of smtp.ntlworld.com

    i just checked my email and my account already is .ie and not .com and still isnt working. any idea whats up?

    A lot of NTL users are having problems with their email at the moment. I can't receive any email for the past 5 days. I can send email ok tho!

    I was having similar problems - changed smtp.ntlworld.com to smtp.ntlworld.ie and bingo bango - problem solved, ntl's network appears to be undergoing quite a few changes recently.
