Blacknight Basic Hosting query

    Hi guys, just a quick question. I can't find any help or solutions on the website!

    Have the Windows Basic Hosting package, which is supposed to support PHP but seemingly doesn't... If I upload a html file as the index it works fine but a PHP file as index doesn't register.

    I checked the domain settings and enabled php in the Helm control panel, but when I went back to double check it, it was disabled again. It turns out I cant enable php, when I click save settings it processes and then if I leave and return its disabled again...

    Anybody any help? Thanks in advance!
