Hi,

My business partner and I are just starting out with a business venture.

We would like to register now as a business/company and were wondering if you had any advice for us.

We don't see any sales for the first 6 months at least but our business could become very large eventually.

(1) What type of business should we register as?
We have read loads of stuff about the different types of business to set up but are still left a little confused. We would like to know what is best to register as. ie Partnership, Ltd etc

(2) Can people make us aware of benefits etc that we should be aware of?
