    Cant unban since the rejig

    Can ban alright but cant unbane users.

    fade2black the latest needing to be unbanned.

    What rejig? Are you getting an error message? Where does he need to be unbanned from?

    Had same issue with 2 others who i banned but couldnt unban.

    Same issue here that Gordon explained. You originally banned them from the sub-forum, then unbanned them from the enclosing forum.

    Do you see two forums called 'Soccer' in the modutils page? The one with tonnes of entries in the access list is the one you want to modify. The one with fade2black and the other two you tried to unban before is the thing containing the Soccer forum and the access requests forum. For the most part you don't want to be touching that.

    I.e, the hierarchy looks like this:

    1. Sports -> Soccer
    2. Sports -> Soccer -> Soccer
    3. Sports -> Soccer -> Soccer Access Requests

    Number 1 is sort of a category. That's what you're editing. You need to edit number 2.
