    This is a long shot. I am trying to contact a carpenter who did some work for me a few years ago. She goes by the name Lady Lawton and is based in and around Galway city. I have trawled through local directories and yellow pages but to no avail. Anyone got contact details?

    I'm afraid I cannot help but I do find the carpenters name and title
    intriguing .. almost reminiscent of Lord Lucan ...

    I'm in Mayo and know a few folk in Galway. I will ask around within
    my small circle of friends in Galway. Sorry for my little humorous
    aside. I was genuinely vaguely amused by the idea of a carpenter trading under the name of an aristocratic title.

    Never heard of any carpenter named anything like that in Galway. I know a few chippies so I'll ask them for you.

    Sounds more like a name that would provide services other than carpentry;) ;) ..................
