HTPC Project... Use for an old amp.. just finished

    Been working on this for a while, little side project.. Just finished it tonight..

    Its an old toshiba amp thats been in the shed for ages, wanted a basic HTPC to stream vids, music n photos to my plasma.. so i stripped it out, stuck a pc in it and presto.. Works a treat. The innards are from a dell optyplex i got off Gline.. Was an uncanny fit, everything was spot on.. Cheers to WizZard for dropping it over to me earlier..

    All thats left is to hook the front vfds up, finish the backplate n get me a copy of XP MCE n a remote...

    I think u should sponser me with ur stuff so i can mod it ;-)

    nearly fin the amp, have the gauges at the front moving... kinda, just installing the os now n she's ready to go..

    hey man u should see the car pc i got , you'd love it,

    the whole pc is exactly the size of a standard cdrom drive for a pc, and it is a pentium m socket 479 pc with 2 dimm slots :eek:

    yeh and cheap , i cant wait to get all the bits, cpu is on the way from usa :rolleyes: 1.6ghz 2meg cache pentium m
    cant wait and a nice 80gig lappy drive going into it
