NHC has updated it's hurricane season forecast

After a while the hurricane season forecast link has reappeared and been updated. http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/outlooks/hurricane.shtml They are now saying 75% chance of above normal (was 80%), 20% of normal (was 15%) and 5% of below normal activity. Edit: Apologies for the punctuation gaffe in the thread title
