Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

problem with accessing secure sites

    i've got a problem with what appears to be my phone number? basically i have a sharp 550sh that i bought two weeks ago on vodafone. the problem is that it will not let me access any external secure wap/web sites. so i cant access any email accounts, or other sites like that. i normally used these every day from my mobile when i was on meteor. when i try to access a secure website my phone shuts down then restarts.

    i've called vodafone twice. first time, they went thru some settings and stuff on their end checking. then asked me to switch over to gsm and try that...no wap at all. so then they said go to a vodafone store, the store gave me a new sim card with a new no. and said it'll work. checked it 15 mins later. same problem.

    i just got off the phone from vodafone again, very pissed off! i was told its not their problem because its not a vodafone site. but my arguement is that its clearly a problem with my number. as it was tried in the vfone store persons phone and same problem.

    anyone have any problems similar to this. what should i do?

    btw my gf has the same phone, bought in the same store two days later and it works perfectly!
