    Which contains less fat generally (semi skimmed variety)???

    Check the nutritional info on the back. It could vary from brand to brand. Generally, I'd say any milk that's semi-skimmed is 1.5% fat.

    UHT tastes of vomit, anyhow.

    Fat content should be in or around the same, UHT has just been heated to a high temperature with the intention of destroying the bacteria, and as a consequence, destroying the taste
