Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey can you help..I have a NTL digibox connected to my TV via scart. I just bought a Pioneer surround sound system and have it connected to my TV via Video composite. However when I tried to switch back to NTL the box had stalled. It was only when I turned off the Surround system that the digibox picture came back. I also tried not having the surround system connected to the TV but powered on and still the digibox stalled....Can anyone help???

Is the ntl box connected to the pioneer in anyway?

"switch back to ntl" - what do you mean? On the TV? - by repeatedly pressing the AV button?

I dont have the Pioneed connected to the TV or NTL in any way. It seems to stall in two ways:
    1. If all the speakers connections are unplugged and the NTL box is on top of the Pioneer.
    2. When the NTL box is position away from the Pioneer, but all the speaker connections are plugged in.

When all the speaker connection are UNplugged and the NTl is positioned away from the Pioneer NO stall occcurs.

So it must the EMI from the speakers. Anyone know how counter-act this. Maybe put a EMI shield on the NTL cable

Is the connecter at the end of the ntl cable fitted properly - if not, maybe inteference is leaking in here.
