Hey just a quick question if I may I did a year in a private college but dropped out as the course really didn't interest me as much as it would. Anyway I plan on going back to college next September(07) and was just wondering when I do go back will I be entitled to just pay the registration fee (1000 euro or thereabouts?)…

Shouldn't have to pay fees except the registration ones
