    hello all

we'd be interested in knowing what tools/techniques people have used to make their houses airtight - which is a pre-requisite for a heat recovery system.

any known "problem areas" to watch out for?

    thanks!

Well if my gaff is anything to go by, I have airleaks around a Fakro rooflight, poor front door seals and a couple of "whistling" windows.

You could get a "blow door" test done to test for airtighness and pinpoint areas of leakage.

Any idea who does these tests and what they cost?
Anyone here ever have one done?
