    Hey Guys and Gals,

Quick question. Is Blanchardstown Retail Park the surrounding part of the towncentre. Like would tk max or Next be classed as the retail park?

    Thanks

    K.

    Thats it alright.

The shopping centre is main building. All the buildings not connected to the main building are part of the retail park. The area where Next is is also called Westend Retail Park.

Same set-up in Liffey Valley. Obviously the big players who don't want to pay high rents in the shopping centres can just buy strips of land nearby and take advantage of passing trade. Will probably keep happening too.

Ah no. Green property owns all of the site and the remaining land arround it, including the retail parks.
