A must for broadband users http://www.pandora.com/
I just stumbled across it a couple of days ago and all I can say is WOW.
I just love the way you can tailor your own channel, its a fantastic way to hear new bands that suit your taste, defiantly the future of radio broadcasting on the web.

I posted this already in the radio forum but thought I would alert people too it here, due to it being broadband dependent. Hope i dont get my knuckles rapped for cross posting ;)

I've used it for a few months now. It is the certified dogs bollocks. It betters sliced bread.

It's excellent. Should I ever be able to get broadband, this will be one of the first things I'll be showing off. I'm stuck using it in Univerisity at the moment though.

There's another one at http://www.garageband.com/. You tell it what music you're looking for and it comes back with a big list. Just tried it there again (only came across it this week) and it used to let you play everything that it returned as if it was one big playlist but I can't seem to reproduce that feature. I'm sure it's there somewhere.

Tis', this past two months I've been thrawling through the countless bands on offer there, a brilliant way of discovering new music.
My fav new bands so far:

    Breaking Benjamin.
    Marmalade.
    Trust Co.
    The Actionslacks.
    Endo.
    Armen Van Helden.
    The Libertines.
    Babyshambles.
    Eliment Eighty.
    Steriomud.

    Who wants to trade stations?

It should play the whole song straight.

This is worth looking at for pandora/last.fm. Allows you to save as MP3 to yr hard drive.

    Works a treat!
