Glad to see Dave's not lost it after all these years. Teh force seems strong with a new album. @NeGev: the new Deicide is great! It mostly follows what was laid out on the EP, sort of a mix between old Deicide and Vital Remains.

LightOfDarkness, you didn't pick up the Deicide album at the Cryptopsy gig, did you? I'm regretting not buying it now.

Based on one cursory listen to Christ Illusion, it's better than anything since Divine Intervention, which still isn't much to get excited about.

And all this endless Morbid Angel fellating makes me want to listen to some. Altars, Blessed and Covenant, come hither!

Morbid Angel, I think I saw them in France. I think they were class

Looking forward to getting the Slayer album (haven't had a chance to get it yet). If there's a new Isis, I'll be a happy Dav. New Suffocation also makes for happy Dav. New Deftones - not sure. Their gig was savage there not too long ago, but wasn't massivly taken aback with their last album as I would have been with White Pony (possibly my fave album EVAR).

Martyr's ( http://www.martyr-canada.com )new one, which should be out in a few months / weeks. Possibly the new Gorod ( http://www.myspace.com/gorod ) also, it sounds goood.

New Gorod rules Ruaidhri. Way better than Neurotripsicks. And Martyr's is due within the next 2 months I believe, and fromt eh teasers it sounds great, a good deal heavier but retains the melodies and general Martyr sound.
