I'm joining a lot of small wires.
Most are approx 1-2mm diameter, with 2or3 being 4mm diameter.

I will be soldering them and I want pieces of heat wrap/heat shrink to keep the job neat, secure, and splashproof.

I rang Maplins in Blanch today and was told they dont do this??
Peats in Blanch dont do it either.
Spent 10mins on hold to Peats in Parnell St before having to hang up...

    Where can I get this??
Somewhere that sells Solder would be good too...

Radionics in Rialto sell this stuff, they're in behind securicor on the herberton road or if you're out near dunlaoghaire and only need a small amount i'll give you some.

I've picked up some before in the other Maplins on Jervis St. myself.

I second maplin on jervis. there's loads of it. the section of the shop even says "Heatshrink and wire" where it is. it's also the cheapest thing in that entire shop
