Rough Costings

I'm planning on doing up my house,

6 PVC Windows
2 PVC Doors

2 rooms with wooden floors
Hall with wooden floor

New Kitchen and replaster and repaint afterwards

Does anybody have a rough idea how much it might cost, I know its difficult without dimensions to estimate.

What size are the floors, rooms, windows, doors?
How long is a piece of string?

L Shaped Hall: 12' X 6' X 22'

Lounge: 16' 7" X 11'

Kitchen: 20' 6" X 9'5"

Vas-Guy. It might be better if you go off and decided what it is you actually want. That is, what type of wood floor, what standard of kitchen, do you need new appliances, are you replacing existing windows or installing new openings etc. Honestly, from the information you have given it could cost anything from €5000 to €150000. There are plenty of people on here that have bought any or all of the above and might be able to help you but would need more specific information. You will probably find that the more information you give, the more accurate the replies will be. Failing that, ring some builders/tradesmen and get them to come out and give you a quote and then check back here to see if the quotes are reasonable.

PVC windows and doors will cost you at leat €3 million, Timber would be a much better option.
