Web.Config Missing

Howdy, Installed VS.2005 on the comp. Whenever I start a new web project the web.config file is missing. Does anyone know why this could be happening ? Other then that does anyone know where I can get the template it generates automatically? thanks

When you run your project does VS not ask you is you want to include the web.config? Mine does.
