Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi , are u sure that in the power options ( control panel ) that it is Hibernate that it is going into ?.. ( as opposed to stand by) .. chances are that it is going in to stand by, cause as far as i know hibernate is disabled by default. on a laptop i was looking at u have to actually reboot in order to bring it out of stand by ( strange i know ) , but when hibernation was enabled ( and stand by set to "never" ) a simple press of the power button resumed windows , without the need to reboot.

EDIT : sorry just seen u had a different problem than what i read first, however .. look at all the options in the power management , and try different settings, with a test after each one u change. Also have a look in the BIOS, depending on the make there will more than likely be options in there too.
