Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey, has anybody here bought a phone from ebay? Any sellers you would recommend?

    I'm buying my girlfriend a pink nokia 6111 and ebay seems to be the cheapest option!

    Any info much appreciated!

    Not sure of any sellers but the usual advice I'll give you is;

    Don't pay with anything other than Paypal. Check the sellers feedback thoroughly, check how often they sell items, check the length of time they are registered.
    Be sure that the phone is not barred, read the description very carefully and if you see a deal too good to be true then it probably is.

    I have bought a couple of phones of ebay with no problems. Ask loads of questions even if the answer is in the description. Try and buy from an ebay shop if possible

    I found it's best to see a pic of the actual phone in the listing, not just a googled pic.

    I bought one from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Phone-Efficient-Ltd, though there's only a limited range there. The shipping was high enough but it's sent by registered mail. I was hesitant about which seller to bid on - in the end, I went with the above as the feedback rating was very high as well as the % positive ratings. As long as you go by that, you should be ok, ask additional questions to the seller if you're uncertain and see how long it takes to get a response back.

    I know there are thousands of sellers and also his stuff is very specific, but I would just like to say I used the above seller (Phone Efficient) also and found them to be very professional and would use them again

    u should just buy the fones off me. I buy them from ebay ( about 40 a month) and sell them. It saves people being conned. I only mark them up 10% cos i am doing the work.
