I'm also curious. Is there an indoor or 5-a-side soccer club?

Ahh yeah there are a few soccer teams.
Theres a couple of free astroturf pitches and an indoor soccer hall as well, but you normally have to call into the sports office and book them

We also have a drinking team with a rugby problem. So anyone interested in drinking profusely and generally acting like a drunken beowolf character must be willing to put in rigourous training on cold wet nights and then drink yourself into a coma.I should do marketing.

Look at the list provided by nookie folks and remember there is nothing to stop you trying to form your own club or society.

Initially you have to approach the Students Union (SU) and they will decide if such a club is a good idea. If they give the go ahead then you will probably have to run the club without any funding from the SU for about one or two years, once you have enough members and can prove the club can be run successfully the SU will apply to the University to allow formal recognition, once you get this the SU will give some capitation (funding) for the club. Over the years many clubs have come and gone but from what I can tell NUIM has never had it better!

Is there anywhere to play squash on campus? I see there's no club but I was wondering if maybe there's squash courts in the gym.
