Just finished the demo and it was fantastic.

The first level they give you is

Omaha Beach which has you commanding troups up the beach and to destroy the surrounding buildings.

The second mission is where the demo really stands out. You have to hold a town behind Omaha Beach and await reinforcements. You are given 15 minutes to fortify three bridges into the town with no real indication of what you will be facing.

The battle that followed is the best I've had in any RTS since Red Alert 1. The tide was constantly changing as I franticly tried to reinforce bridges as the enemy kept pushing back into my territory. Eventully I lost my forward command and had to retreat back to my secondary command and fought till two tanks closed in on my one squad when reinforcments arrived and saved the day

The graphics are amazing for a RTS with most cutscenes done in engine (like DoW) and looking great. The physics really adds an extra touch of realism as barrels, sandbags, bodies and debris goes flying in a big explosion.

The squad AI for your own soilders is perfect, they take cover automatically as they advance and haven't seen them making any stupid mistakes. The enemy AI isn't anything special but you can only play them on Easy in the demo, so there might be more impressive AI in the full game.

Overall I give it 5 G's

Havent played the Demo yet, but really enjoying the multiplayer beta (fileplanet subscribers only), very fun to play and the units behave really well, I also like that every unit has a use, and you dont have to upgrade them so you throw out only 1 of a unit and it will perform as well as it ever will, and the game really makes use of all its units. Might get the demo if I find time.
