my sister said to me earlier "oooh, so you nervous about tomorrow?!" and i actually couldnt think what the hell she meant..




i feel most sorry for people who got exactly the points their course was last year.. i would be terrified..

to people gettin up at 6, would you not find out tonight the points? cos surely they'll be in teh papers out at midnight?
go on an adventure tonight, find the newspaper, and start searching on the net till the early hours of the morning... that would be dedication..!

Some places you can only reserve once you have your college place confirmed, so everyone rushes to get it.

I'm going for a look around the college and viewing accomodation.
I'll have to be up to get the early trains and buses.

i mean find all the suitable places. say, in dublin or wherever check out daft.ie and find out the possible places up for rent. have your list ready, and ring at whatever, 9am or something.
may as well have found the places your interested in!

If you;re looking at on-campus accomodation, I'm pretty sure they don;t function on a first come first served basis. Every application put in between 6am toorrow and the closing date is considered and the people who get places picked.

That said, I'll be putting my application for on-campus in UCD in at 6am

Ah, okay good luck then with finding a nice place to stay. I'd like to move out but UCC is only 6 miles away.

I just hope the points are favourable for everyone. I'm hoping the points for Science in TCD go down. I should have enough points, though (485 in L.C.).

Meh, I have the one advantage of knowing that I defintely have my third choice, no idea about my first because it's new and I have a feeling that I won't have the points for the second so I'm off to bed.

I dunno, Ive stumbled home at 6am a few times and there are never any newspapers there..

Maybe because I live in Clare.. if your in Dublin you might be in luck, just rob one (they leave them outside the shop), check your points, scan it, post it here

I would, but I'm already in my jimmy-jams. Plus, I'm hopefully going to get my course no matter how htings go with points.

Though then I am concerned that my friends' points are sufficient, but not enough to leave mmy warm sitting room to go out into the cold and wet...
