Drop down menus not working

Tried to post this in earlier thread but didn't have permission? Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 on XP. Drop down menus on top menu don't work when not logged in (they're static) but do when logged in. Haven't a notion why.

Drop-downs have been disabled for unregistered users (i.e. anyone who's not logged in) to improve the speed issues.
