Dude! Jameson 12 year old whiskey! It's frickin awesome. Costs about €40 but worth it. Matured in sherrey oak casks, gives a subtle sweet taste.

If you're just looking to get slaughtered, then I'd suggest ordinary Jameson. Drink it straight with a bit of ice in a glass, it's like drinking lemonade.
