Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have just changed from the lowest hormone dose pill (yasmin) to the highest dose pill you can get (dianette) and getting the weirdest side effects.

Basically I feel pregnant (well I imagine this is what being pregnant feels like), I am nauseaus & quesy, really sensitive to smell, emotional and sore ankles. I read the booklet you get with the pill and a some of my symptoms are on there, I just wanna know how long this will last cause its freaking me out!!

I have taken Dianette before but I cannot remember if i felt like this, and BTW I am defo not pregnant.

The orla contraceptive pill mimics the hormoane balances as if you were pregant to stop ovulation, there are side effect but you are feeling them in such an extremem get in touch with your dr straight away as there are other more serious side effects such as clotting that are not as easily dectible.

Ring your dr talk to them and make an appointment to change your pill type again if needs be.
