Problems paying fees

Anyone having any trouble paying fees or even getting to the stage where they send out the stuff ?? (question for non-n00bs). I clicked the "get bank giro" option on the last page, click on the €848 or whatever amount it was, and it tells me I haven't filled out the form...but I have!!! :( Any ideas? :confused: :confused:…
