ASP & Newsgroups

Does anyone know of a free componentless way of displaying newsgroups (usenet) using ASP? If not are you familiar with any other app (PHP or ASP.net)? Also do I just use a server such as nntp:news.eircom.net? I want the ability to display a few NGs on a site where registered users can view & post to these NGs
