Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey,

I'm about to buy a 32" widescreen CRT, I have space and don't want to spend the money on LCD yet.

what I really want to know is for NTL digital and DVDs is 100Hz really that much better than 50Hz?

    Thanks
    Willy

on a 32" set you will see a big difference between 50 and 100Htz. Go for the 100Htz if you can afford it.
On 28" and lower 100Htz is not that much better.

Go for the 100hz. It will be a lot easier on the eye.

If you don't look straight at a standard TV you will notice the flicker of the refresh rate, where as you won't with the 100hz.
