"Aldi" in Rathmines

Has anyone seen waht can only be described as a large allumium shutter display with a sign for Aldi at the front on Rathmines Rd Lower? The last time I got to see inside, about 2 months ago, the shop was fitted out, apparently finished and ready to be stocked. Does anyone know why it hasn't opened??!

Last I saw on the window was an application to retain the signs on the building. I presumed that they wouldn't open until approval had been given. Apart from that I put it down to the general slowness of getting anything done.

They were digging up the lodaing area in front of it yesterday.
