    Skills required: CSS/HTML, some photo-editing, good design skills
    Timeframe: short lead-time
    Payment: negotiable

    Description:
    12 static web pages (no flash), must be W3C and WAI (priority 1) compliant.
    This is a demo of a web-based training course, prior to implementing the full-blown article.
    All content and images provided. Looking for attractive presentation, image optimisation, along with some creative design input.

    Please PM to get a detailed spec/RFQ. Please provide some portfolio/experience details.
