Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

6230 problem....help!!!

    Hi all,i have a problem with my 6230 as when i turn it on i get the insert sim message.Yesterday i got restriction message!!Tried diff o2 sim and a meteor sim as phone is unlocked,still same message.

    Anyone any ideas?Dump it?

    It just started happening or has been for a while? Did you get it unlocked recently?

    I have an idea to run an Ice cream van at <No MCD Diiscussion> this weekend but that won't help you.

    no,its been unlocked for months.Really puzzled.Wonder should i blow it out with compressed air in case its dirt/dust?

    Saw something simular a few times once was from liquid damage and second time was phone was sat on... you'll have to send it to a service centre to know wahts up for sure.. with a bit of luck its just a minor softare fault....

    First try a factory reset, after that have it flashed, what firmware version is on it ? Latest is 5.50.

    How can i do a factory reset?Icant get into anything as sim isnt recognised.

    How old is it? I think you'll have to drop it off to a service center. MPRC are good.
