OK Im tired of my vegan boyfriend expecting me to cook! (especially when I'm not even vegetarian!!)

So does anyone know of any good vegan/vegetarian cookery courses??

There's a lady called Katayani who does a good Hare Krishna course, it's easily adapted to vegan. You can probably get her number if you ask in Govindas on Abbey St., she runs courses upstairs there.
I dont have her number anymore unfortunately.

I wouldn't have thought so, I thoroughly enjoyed the classes with Katayani.

the cooks academy in Dun Laoghaire are running a green living course starting soon, Rosanne who is giving the course is really good however it is €360 for 6 evennings
Alternatively there are loads of good cookbooks and recipies you can find on this website for free.:)

Katayani was a lot cheaper than that, she was about a tenner an hour, it was 8 classes and I think it was 90 euro, that may have changed it was about 3 years ago.
