Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

App to fool Handsfree kits into thinking S60 is a legacy Nokia phone?

    I've an n90, and I use it with several Bluetooth kits, specifically BMW ones, and the one built into my Garmin Nuvi360. These handsfree kits have some great features like the ability to sync phone books, to relay signal strength onto the screen of the kit, to show texts, etc. These features work well with legacy Nokia phones (6310i, 6230, etc), but will not work with Series 60 phones.

    Does anyone know of a Shareware app that can fool the kit into thinking it's a legacy phone?

    No, however you can download an app onto the N90 that should sync your phonebook, it works for me on a N70 and a Parrot CK3100 car kit.

    Brilliant! I now have a SatNav with my phone book sync'd to it, but beware, that link is for the n70/n90 only. I found on Nokia Europe that there's many other versions for different phones.

    Well as you had an N90 I sent you the link for the N90 :-)

    Nokia also have a version for S60 r3 phones, N80, N93 etc
