stream hosting like youtube but for commercial site

    Can anyone suggest a good cheap (not free) host where you can upload movies of any type and have them auto-encoded to flash which you can then embed.
    basically like youtube but with support and more options maybe.

    If you are willing to convert the movies to FLV yourself, you can use the free Flash Video Player to stream them.

    Its not me - i'm just the webmonkey - its my boss and the client.
    Basically its for the support as well as the possibility of being a reseller.

    Its potentially a lot of movies for a lot of different sites so we'd prefer not to host them ourselves.
    We were going to use these guys but got no reply from support questions : http://www.camtix.com/
    (plus that woman on the homepage is annoying :) ) so we're looking for something similar
