Help-PSP Where to buy imports - (Well SF:Dark Mirror - really)

I have been waiting long enough for this game - each release date is missed and the new dates are getting further away. SO.... Where would be the best place to buy a US version of Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror be and are there any issues that I should be aware of. Thanks in advance for any info.
