Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

System for E400-600

    Hey
    A friend of mine has about E400-600 to spend on an Amp, CD player, Speakers and Interconnects. He listens to everything from Folk to Jungle and would prefer fidelity to a booming bass. The speakers will probably be sitting in a corner and should ideally be floorstanders. He may pick up a turntable in the future so an integrated amp would be a plus but is not totally necessary. The Ideal would be to order from Richer Sounds but If anyone can recomend a decent used amp from ebay it would also be considered. What would ye buy in his situation?

    Not alot of HiFi shops around these days. Would have to be patient with ebay, not alot on .ie and postage from the UK would probably be a killer. As you've said, richersounds are probably the best bet. They should be able to recommend a system based on his requirements & budget. Bookshelf speakers with stands will also do the job!
