Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

not meaning to be facetious but lose fat weight to lose chin, pretty simple. You could be slim but have high fat body mass content. Do you know your bodyfat percentage? If you don't get it measured

Older people get those turkey necks alot. A possible solution I've heard is to push your tongue against the gum on your lower jaw, just under the front teeth, so as to strengthen that whole region's muscles.

Is this called a push-down? How many push-downs would you recommend in one session? 50 big ones?

OP: The earlier suggested body/fat ratio might be a useful measurement to obtain before attempting to solve your problem? If you exceed recommended limits, then exercise and diet?

It also strengthens the tongue. Fifty of those a day would give that region a good work-out in general.
