    Hey just wondering if there are any template references around for accommodation?

    i have to get a reference for tomorrow for an estate agent to get a place to live. I rang the only landlord I have had and she said that I should write it myself (and I was a brilliant tenant etc),as we live in different counties, and I will be renting in a different third county.


    What should be in a reference ideally, a short word?
    Any advice would be appreciated.


    I assume it would go like, To whom it concers,
    <This guy was a good tenant, he lived here for such and sch, always paid bills etc>

    Or?

    sorry cant help ypu out does anyone know any business references or sample reference pages? my boss is useless at writing them so i have to help him out
