Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

BT in Killarney - Connection Good, Billing Bad

Just hooked up to 3mb BT DSL in Killarney. Router arrived 19 working days after placing order. Got first bill the day before the router arrived. The bill was for Total Talk package even though I just ordered Talk package. There was also 22 euro of broadband arrears even though I had no router to connect yet to create any arrears? The good news was that when I got the router it worked staright away. Getting 2.5mb download speed on the 3mb package and around 300k upload. I made sure I signed up for postal billing as well as online, hopefully they'll keep coming. They said they'll credit my account for the above mentioned overcharges, hope so!

It is possible for BT to fix billing errors and to refund the over charges on the next bill, they did for me. However, it seems that in a lot of cases they don't. Wait for your next bill and make sure it's right. If it's not then don't pay them until they sort it out.
