Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Turned out to be a moot point with the Samsung i was looking at - it doesen't have HDMI.

I'm not sure how this relates to TVs, but my Dell flat panel monitor is only 600:1 and the picture is beautiful... no complaints with any of the games I've played.
Actually, I'd be interested to know if you can fairly compare specs from lcd monitors to hdtv sets
