    From the review of the EU directive soup in which the creation of a super regulator is considered to deal with redundancies like Comreg .

    On page 28 we come across the AFAIK unpublished "Mediation Directive, a new one. Comreg will boot that out to consultation till 2010 so forget it .

    On page 84 we note a separate study is underway that BB may be brought into the USO but thats years off and unenforceable in Ireland as we have no functioning regulator :(
