ICEComms broadband gone to Sh!t

    Icecomms broadband in Ashbourne area was down all day on Sunday with no support at all.
    Since it came back the speed has been up and down like a yo-yo.
    QOS is about 40% on irishisptest.ie. it used to be always 98-99%

    On the 2meg service the speed is between 200kbs and 1.3mbs.

    Used to always show up as a constant 1.8mbs

    I also tried speedtest.ie and its the same.

    Has anyone else noticed this.

    I can confirm that the service has degraded to unusable levels in the past month.
    I am back using my modem for my own sanity tonight!!!!!!

    Ditto.
    Back to dial up too most of the time.
    Its been over 2 months that its been pathetic.

    Been getting on average 10k per second since lunchtime today. Tech support could offer no help.

    about 10K per second today for me too.
    Tech support are terrible when you do finally get to talk to them.
    They keep telling me its fixed and it isnt.
    They never ever call back.
    What a terrible service all round.
    Saying its Pathetic is being kind.
