Am looking forward to an all nighter....and unsure of whether or not to be proud of the dubious (and possibly) unique distinction of having a lower grade in every single economics exam in the annuals than schol.........(predicted).

Woot woot I guess. Also my (second) transfer request is not proceeding very smoothly, and started studying for these exams on Sunday night. Hmm, second year was a bit shit in general tbh.

I would like to commend whoever thought it would be a good plan to carry out extensive (and loud) maintenance of the Joly and Maxwell theatres, as well as the security desk almost directly below the Hamilton library today. Capital idea folks...well done!

Got fed up of having to explain such simple concepts an the monty hall problem to people like yourself tbh. At least this means you'll be in at least the top half of our class next year. :p

Burn. Yeah, Theoretical Physics to TSM Maths/Econ =/= BESS. Lol. May I ask do I know you in the real world?

No not at all. I just have a good memory for random stuff like that.

It's kinda funny the picture that you build up of people and their username from reading their little bit to say here and there.

Pity I don't have the same good memory for this thermofluids exam on thursday.:(

My phone doesn't have hardware graphics acceleration. What kind of a piece of crap is this?

But the HTC Dream's screen is 3° depressed when open. Gah.

Me neither. Shame, because I wanted to port Quake 3 on to it. I guess Quake 1 will have to do. :(

Playing FPS on a phone? Does not compute...

Rant of the morning: trying to get amarok to look at my network. Oh dear lord. Should be studying, too busy randomly changing lines in important config fles...

Amarok is quite possibly the second best music player out there.

    Still doesn't beat Foobar tho.

1)Cocked up massively in terms of timing in PH1001 Pharmacy Exam.

2)Physical Pharmacy Exam being miles away in Marino.

3)Am chain smoking now. I'm buying a packet a day now and my breakfast today consisted of three cigarettes and a caffeine tablet.

I use foobar in windows... Amarok is finally recognising my music now though, so I can retract my rant and add in one about wasting a morning not studying.

Classic FPS on anything is the best thing ever. Like yesterday for example, I got Doom working on my newly modded PS2.

Already a subscriber thanks. And I'll add it to the list. Trying to think of something funnier though.

Does foobar still pre-load every song when you load a playlist? I remember that being the reason I stopped using a few years back. Froze everything with large playlists.

Nope. Quite nippy with huge playlists.

You can force it to cache each song on load, which will cutdown on HD seeks if thats what you are talking about?

Hmmmm... not sure. All I know is whatever way I had it set up, when I loaded a m3u file, it would load every song before playing anything. Not fun when you've >100 songs in a playlist.
Might try it again at some stage. In fairness it was an old machine, so it might have just been shite.

Actually I didn't pay for it. Dónal won it at a beers raffle before Christmas, but he was already a subscriber so he let me have it. :D

And I just want something new and shorter. It's a bit long-winded at the moment is all. Nothing to do with jmcc.
