Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Strange Question

First off i am hearing impaired and need subtitles for most things i watch on dvd and telly. I can view closed captions on my pc from american region 1 dvds. I would also like to be able to turn these on via my expensive widescreen. Does anyone know what kinda decoder etc would be needed or how i would go around displaying them. I know US tv has a closed caption option. I know also that VHS tapes have closed captions in the USA and my video does have ntsc playback but i am sure i need a decoder.

Does anyone have experience on this side of the water on this???
