What's the chance of me getting insured on a 3 Litre Toyota Hilux?

Who would be the best bet?

    I'm 23 with 1 Yr NCB on a 1.6 Litre VW Passat.

I got my full licence on 28/08/2006.

I'm with Eagle Star at the moment.

I'm 20 on a provisional driving a 2.8 Pajero commercial, and have been driving it since i was 18. Its insured under a farm policy with me as a named driver.

I renewed the farm policy in July,it was 1600 this year fully comp. I decided to get a quote off the quinn direct website (didnt think that they'd quote me but i was bored in work) and it was something like 1400/1500 if I had a full licience and 1700/1800 in my name on a provisional and i'm pretty sure that those quotes were fully comp.

So I'd say that you'd have a very good chance of getting insured with quinn, but if your Hilux is a double cab that could affect your insurance quote.

It would be an estate model with a diesel engine.

    Private policy.

    Yeah. FBD quoted me €1900.

Not sure if they understand the nature of the beast.

Don't want to import it from Japan and find out they won't insure me.
