Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My mother's friend had something similar to that last year and the results were amazing. She lost allot of weight and had excess skin which she needed to get rid of. I'm usually against plastic surgery but her stomach actually looked toned and her thighs improved too.

Can I assume that Layla1981 means you were born in that year? Even if you're older, take up a sport. Weight is one of the things we have control over. You obviously don't suffer from obesity if you only have some excess weight in that area. Why go through the pain and expense of plastic surgery for something you could achieve through sport and exercise. Think long and hard about it before you book anything.

My cousin is a plastic surgeon and when doing a website for him I saw some of his before and after pics and while he can get amazing results it's very easy to tell if someone has had something done as they look as if the person has had a mole removed...if there's a matching scar on the other side of their body then you know they've had work done.

Plastic surgery would be 5-6k.....Hire a personal trainer and book a few sessions for about 1/10th of that and you should be on the way to achieving the same results without the scars !

He's based in Europe and the before and after pics were a presentation he did for some conference.
But in general all plastic surgeons take before and after pics for the clients and keep a copy for their records....kinda like an artists portfolio I suppose !
