Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If I get an email with attachments I have to open each attachment to view rather than scroll through to view. I want to be able to scroll down and view the picture/attachment. I presume it is just a setting but not sure where to change. Can anyone offer any advice please. I am using Microsoft Outlook

Try View->Layout and see if those options are any good to you like the Preview Pane.

IIRC, this is usually down to whether the person is sending in a format that allows the attachment to be embedded (ie Outlook Rich Text) or not (HTML/Plain text).
