300W stepdown converter required

Don't know if this is the right forum to post in or not but I'm looking for a 300W 220V-110V stepdown converter for an XBOX360. It's a Japanese console which will be imported and I need to get one of these asap.

I think thats the one but preferable if I can get one from the UK or even here.

You'd probably be better off getting a new power brick for the 360, much easier if you ever want to move it.

How can you swap the power supplies to make it compatible with the Japanese 360. Won't that just be the same thing that will cause it to fry?

It will be fine. If you can get your hands on a UK/Ireland power supply it will plug straight into your Japanese 360. The problem is the 360 powerbricks seem expensive and hard to find.

Alternatively you could use a cheap 350W PC power supply

Interesting, I have a 360 already bought here and it's own power supply. I'll check around and see if it's guaranteed not to fry the console by just using the power supply I have with my European 360.
